Vincent Friedewald III
Attorney at Law
  • LinkedIn

Vincent Friedewald III is an unconventional litigator and transactional lawyer, uniquely qualified to understand the needs of Texas-based businesses. This stems from his own professional experience, having spent much of his career as a CEO and general counsel of several innovative startups.
He's also become a champion of Texas entrepreneurs, serving as co-host of the Texas Works Awards, together with Chet Garner of T.V.'s The Daytripper, celebrating the achievements of Texas's best consumer product brands. He regularly provides legal, business, and mentoring advice to more than 500 Texas companies within the Texas Works network. Many of his ongoing relationships began in 2014 with his publication of Texas Works: Products & Portraits of Talent, a book showcasing the best of Texas product entrepreneurship, with Foreword by Kendra Scott of Kendra Scott Jewelry.
Vincent's clients appreciate his steady, measured approach to conflict resolution. He knows that often the best legal solution is actually a non-legal one, and when litigation is the only path forward, his friendly and poised demeanor brings calm to otherwise tense circumstances.
Vincent began his law career at a large firm in Houston, specializing in employment litigation. He graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as law review editor, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Too small to play ND football, he proudly served as a football manager for Coach Lou Holtz.
Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Vincent spent early childhood in Hawaii, formative years in Texas, and made stops in New York City and London along the way. He enjoys trail running, paddle boarding, sailing, and walking his fussy dog.
